It is fitting that at this point we should thank social media and in particular FB people for the exemplary support showed to us at Radiance Coffee – Garden (RCG). We are truly appreciative and humbled by your dedicated and unwavering support, kind suggestions, well meant guidance and rebuke where required.
Further, it is worth noting that it is tough to operate at this time; the economy is grinding slowly, everything is expensive and the lack of inter support structures for black business to work together is a dispiriting battle. There is just not enough of us black business players on the supply side of the market to enable us to do business together and where there are those around who are active supppliers, we find that they are too far from us to meaningfully support us. Costs of travelling make it prohibitive to do business in this scenario and we must somehow find ways of rectifying this state of affairs.
However, notwithstanding today’s unique challenges of black business in general, we are pleased to record that this has been a productive and a pleasent journey of almost 90 days.
It goes without saying that the journey travelled is a mere metre long as the real one is still ahead but we are keen to celebrate each and every little achievement we make. It keeps us going and our spirits lifted. We hope to keep ploughing at this, sharpening our knowledge and processes, upgrading the quality of our products and enhancing the visual presentation and hospitality of our facilities. Furthermore, we will be happy to take more lessons as most of our progress is a product of the lessons learned.
To celebrate 90 days of the existence of this warm, surburbian chilling spot aptly named Radiance Coffee Garden, we present random pictures of days which have come and gone at Radiance Coffee Garden….
