Cairnmead Industrial Consultants provide the Client with a unique Consulting Service in the Health and Safety discipline. Each Consultant representing Cairnmead has a mobile office enabling them to compile and issue a report on Site. This gives the client the assurance that the Contractor Representative on Site has received and signed for a Report immediately after each Audit.
We also assure that the Client is covered in that we ensure that every Contractor coming onto the Project, has the necessary documentation. We do Documentation Audits on all Principal Contractors and all of the Sub-Contractors appointed on the Project. We further manage the process with the Tenants and their Contractors to have confirmation that the Tenants fulfil their Legal Responsibilities.
We further take pride in that we practice the discipline with practical understanding which is required in the industry, as well as the theoretical knowledge that is attached to that practice.
